SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch Orders placed before 12:00 PM (NZST) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via NZ Post with full tracking included. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days
• Australia: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

• New Zealand: standard shipping rates apply at checkout
• Australia: international shipping rates apply at checkout
• Free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $40 NZD
